About

Design is my craft; capability is my product.

Senior product designer, 10 years across Google and YouTube. Singaporean, based in Tokyo. I research, design, and build (agent-directed, honestly labeled), and I teach whatever I learn: to 8,000+ Googlers, to a 100+ person builder community, to anyone who asks a good question.

What I optimize for

Authenticity

I show the failure modes next to the wins. Every AI-assisted artifact on this site carries a built-vs-directed label.

Kindness

Safe spaces are a teaching technology. No one is born a vibe coder; nobody learns while feeling dumb.

Capability

The point of tools, education, and community is the same: people leaving more able than they arrived.

In the field

Stage shot (needs her photo): the workshop at its peak. Caption carries the number: "475 live at peak, the most-attended UX workshop of the year at Google."
Hobby row 1: the desk / gaming setup.
Hobby row 2: anime cons.
Hobby row 3: Japan, onsen trips, bouldering.

Goods

Shipped design work with real customers, not hobby content: AI-meme stickers, bouldering athleisure, capybara merch under my label mushimoo. Design → production → fulfillment, full stack. The receipts live in the Experimental case.

The site's capybara is the fourth mascot I've shipped: cats in Google's internal IDE, Googzilla for Google Tokyo, a passionate capybara for a colleague's event, and now this one. A "how I built it" note is coming with the fast-follows.
